Tech Mahindra layoff ??

Tech Mahindra is going to conduct an exam for its 12000 employees.Employees are fron its various centre and comes between exp of 0-10.The paper is same for all the centre and going to be held on this coming monday i.e.11-05.These things are generally done to find out a reason to layoff ppl(or  better to say fire), who will be not able to cross the cut off markes.I believe arround 3-4K employee will be affected.This is rumour as of now and can be confirm only on  Monday or by the Tech Mahinra’s people.

Last time they came up with cute little pug “Cheeka” and the young boy with the most verbalized slogan ‘Where ever you go, our network follows’ but now there are a whole lot of new ideas and creativity.Have you remember the little pug who always comes to help of a little girl.This is the support Hutch want to give for their customers ,proving their tag line “Happy to help at your doorstop“.

Now the Idea change – they are now with a new Animated character ZooZoo.No,they are not animated infact they are slim girls of Mumbai theater.The design of thin limbs, contrasted with big bellies and a bulbous head, all add to the illusion that these creatures are ‘smaller’ than humans.The films were shot by Nirvana in Cape Town, South Africa, with the help of a local production house there, called Platypus.The same combination of people also worked on the ‘Happy to Help’ series.

This is the pure Indian Idea with famous Indian Jugad which is always proved out of text books.The director Prakash Verma took 3 weeks to complete series of 30 ads.the costume is made of a material called perspex and the total cost of the campaign is jus above 3 cr. Not at all, We are the biggest software exporter,we are nuclear power,we are the biggest market of US ,we are largest democracy,we have second largest army,we have second most growth rate in the time of recession …then why media want to present Bharat as a poor,manner less,dirty country…….. Every family want to hide their family problems to others, they never share it.It doesnt mean that they dont want to solve it .But, when it comes to country ppl changed there view …they want to show it to the world .

Now Sun creates a new drama …..they did a string operation on Rubina’s dad .All media aired it on the high priority …… selling the children is not new in India and in so called developed country too.But,ppl are more interested to show it ….now google have 46,000 result for slumdog rubina sell ……..Is this the Bharat which we want to project ??

IPL 2009 – Curtain Raiser

Modi is the famous surname in India Nowadays. One is Narrendra (future PM and CEO) and the other one IPL CEO lalit Modi. In last 4-5 month Lalit showed his power of money and the position ,every state Govt were begging to organize the matches ,but Modi sahab ke man mein to kuch aur hi tha.

Shahrukh was the most profitable team owner.He has a list of sponsors,it gives a trick to Shilpa ,who is only mard in the Indian women film industry . She has taken a mardana kadam and took stake in the Rajasthan Royal . Now beloved Yog Guru Shilpa Shetty is halla boling with Shane warne .

Infosys layoff or Outplacement

Infosys has laid off its 2100 employees on the basis of poor performance . This appraisal cycle ended last week which include around 60K employees except the 45K trainees.At the bottom, some 3.5% of the people either outplaced or left the company. rest 5% of remaining has been laid off.

According to one INFYNion …. The people who are laid-off are not even getting a dignified exit – all of them are called to the DC HR manager’s cabin and sent packing from there itself. They cannot return to their desk-stations, can’t send mails nor can they talk to anybody in the company premises. What’s more humiliating is that they are all being taken out by security personnels without even letting them say good-bye to friends and collegues.

In another shocking news, which will hit the media sometime soon, most of the Infosys Technologies employees will be moved to the BPO (with change in location, work profile, roles, salary, work shifts etc.). The official communication has been sent to all HRs and senior management on this decision but the employees are still in dark.

Its extremely unfortunate to see a company which is considered a model in corporate governance has resorted to lying and deception in such lowly manner.
